What an absolutely incredible experience! Vickie, Tina and Javier were unbelievably welcoming, informative and full of joy! You can tell they love their work with these beautiful Alpacas. The land is stunning and well kept; the shop was cute as could be. The alpacas were in great and healthy condition. They were the most LOVING babies! We were provided with pouches of feed for the Alpacas. We were educated on each of their stories as well as overall information regarding their species. Supporting small businesses is critical and this had to have been our favorite venture thus far. We will be back!

We had the most wonderful experience at Serenity Alpacas! 🦙✨ The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming — she knows all of her alpacas (around 40!) by name and even shared their personalities with us. This place is awesome! A wonderful day trip away from Charlotte to connect with nature and Alpacas. My friends and I went with our kids. The alpacas are so gentle. And the owners are so sweet. They do an amazing job of teaching visitors about alpacas and their care. Our kids loved being able to feed them. And… did you know that alpaca noses smell floral? Don’t sleep on the opportunity to eat a picnic lunch on their facility or check out the creek. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect spot for Family gathering and picnic. Alpacas are adorable (and well behaved). Grounds are perfect for hanging out with alpacas, picknicking, and creek exploring. Val is a treasure. Had a group of 12, including 4 kids, and all had a great day!

We had such an awesome time visiting the farm ! Me ,my husband and my 10 year old .Loved the animals and the owner ! I unfortunately forgot the name ,she was sweet ,passionate and knowledgeable! Owners Valerie and Jav made us feel like part of the family. They were very accommodating to our son who is currently using a wheelchair. They were so knowledgeable about the alpacas and you can see they treat them with the utmost love and kindness. It was a wonderful experience for visitors of all ages - we will surely be back!
